Banyak perbedaan dalam unmastered Hybrid Theory ini. Dari segi tracklisting pun berbeda dengan Hybrid Theory umumnya. Perbedaan yang lebih menonjol dari unmastered Hybrid Theory ini adalah dari segi mixing, dari scratching hingga sample terasa begitu berbeda.
